Kalu Ikeagwu leads Invitation to Kill, a new thriller opening in cinemas across Nigeria and Ghana on September 11, 2026.
Directed by Chuks “Big Tiger” Obaze and produced by Big Tiger Production, the film follows an agro-businessman whose life unravels after his livestock business is devastated and his marriage falls apart.
Forced to start over while remaining a devoted father to his daughter, he struggles with the emotional and financial consequences of his losses. An unexpected relationship offers him a chance at a new beginning, but betrayal and the wounds of his past complicate his attempt to rebuild his life.
Invitation to Kill explores loss, betrayal, fatherhood, resilience and the consequences of unresolved pain.
The film also stars Greg Ojefua, Oma Iyasara, Tonia Chukwurah, Annabel Thaddeus and Efua Bona.
