
Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort, powered by Glocient Hospitality, will host the second edition of the Executive Women’s Seminar (EWS 2.0) from March 20–22, 2026, bringing together accomplished female leaders across business, hospitality, technology, finance, and the creative industries for a weekend of strategic conversations, leadership development, and networking.
The flagship seminar, themed “The Power of Giving: How Women Rise by Lifting Others,” will explore how mentorship, collaboration, and intentional support systems enable women to thrive in leadership and enterprise.
Following the success of its inaugural edition, the Executive Women’s Seminar has quickly become a growing platform for meaningful dialogue among high-performing women who are shaping industries and creating pathways for others.
